Portfolio Update
Portfolio update
Prior to the portfolio updates, I had a busy week with two school events at Edze’s school.
I attended one soccer tournament and accordingly one trip to the Zoo Diergaarde Blijdorp.
I was totally down and out after these two days. Kids between the age of 8 – 9 years is a handful when trying to control them. I believe that is impossible!
At the Zoo the group got an education about camouflage in nature and what sorts of camouflage are used by animals. Camouflage is a method of avoiding detection by mimicking the surrounding environment. Wow, are there a lot of differences in nature.
I have to say that I learned some new things by myself as well.
And, a nice surprise was that there was a new family member born within the Colobus monkeys.
See the photo down below. It was a bit dark and behind glass, so the quality is not that good, unfortunately.

Colobus monkeys are generally found in high-density forests where they forage on leaves, flowers and fruit.
More info can be found here.
What Else?
Anyway.
I have not yet posted pictures of both school events and the kids. The school has the first pick of these 😉
I’d made some pictures with my phone, on the way to the Zoo and back to school. In fact, one or two of them are posted in my Portfolio.

Besides the Portfolio Update and after the last update regarding my galleries, I have added some more photos to the galleries. Since one of the previous posts, that continued as well.
